Our design build / design assist team continually meets and exceeds customers’ expectations utilizing solid engineering methodology providing cost effective well planned mechanical services in a safe professional manner. The ability to pre fabricate using BIM and VDC in our designated shops can assure the owner we will meet any schedule on time and under budget.
James B Donaghey, Inc has their own fully automated 15,000 square foot sheet metal shop. The shop includes an automated duct coil line, dual plasma cutters and multiple corner and TDF machines.
JBD has a 3,000 square foot welding shop dedicated to welded ductwork and duct welded duct fabrication
James B Donaghey has 15,000 square foot pipe and plumbing pre- fabrication shop enabling very quick turnaround times for mechanical projects of all types.
Inside of the pipe fabrication shop, JBD has an automated pipe profiler and pipe cutter capable of making any type of cut we may encounter. The ability of this machine to load a BIM or CAD file in order to streamline the cutting process is a great addition to the shop
We have an automated welding machine in order to achieve the highest quality x ray welds and ability to fabricate pipe at an extraordinary rate
The addition of the 2 automated machines have exemplified James B Donaghey’s aspirations to meet any type of schedule the client or owner may need.
In addition to the manufacturing shop spaces we have a full complement of well-trained, highly skilled sheet metal mechanical, pipe fitters, plumbers, and multiple PE on staff supporting the fabrication and workforce.
